3 Days Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel/riad and start our 3-day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga. Travers Tizi N-Tichka, the highest road passes (2260 m). Enjoy great views of the Atlas Mountains and authentic small Berber villages along the way with photo stops. 

Continue our 3 Days Sahara Desert tour from Marrakech to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (fortified village). Besides, The Kasbah is a unique example of the architecture of southern Morocco. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.

Ait Ben Haddou's buildings are within a defensive wall with corner towers and a gate. The strategic importance of this Kasbah was due to its location within the Ounila Valley, along with one of the main trans-Saharan trade routes. Many films, including Gladiator, The Mummy, Kingdom of Heaven, and Queen of the Desert, have been shot in this beautiful spot. Have free time to have lunch at a restaurant.

Our 3 Days Sahara Desert trip from Marrakech continues to Ouarzazate to explore the Oscar Atlas film Studio, the biggest in Morocco. We will explore Taourirt Kasbah, a historic fortified residence. After that, we'll see Skoura's stunning palm grove.

Explore Roses Valley, known for its yearly rose festival and cosmetic products in May. The local rose products are the lifeblood of a small Moroccan community. We'll go through the Valley of One Thousand of Kasbahs. Arrive at Dades Valley in the afternoon. Dinner and stay overnight at a hotel/riad overlooking the Valley.

After breakfast at the hotel, our 3 Days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga departs to Todra Gorges. Pass through Tinghir and the Berber villages that dot the route. We'll stop to admire the superb Todra Valley, plentiful in palm trees.

Reach the Todra Gorges, one of Morocco's popular rock climbing sports. You can take a short hike through the grey and pink canyons of Todra Gorges. Those gorges can reach more than 300 meters in height.

After that, we'll drive to Tinejdad and Touroug for lunch. Drive to Erfoud to enjoy the wonderful Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. Finally, we will arrive at Merzouga and the magical Erg Chebbi dunes. The best part of our 3-day Sahara Desert tour from Marrakech is to ride the camel for about an hour and a half to get to your nomadic tenets.

Stop in the dunes to watch the unique sunset you have never seen, and try sandboarding if that is your thing. Take pictures, and enjoy the beauty. After the sun sets, you will continue your way to the campsite.

When you get to the campsite, we will welcome you with a drink of mint tea. Have a tasty dinner. Enjoy a piece of party music, and spend the night at the camp under a starry sky.

On the last day of the 3 Days tour from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert, you'll enjoy a memorable sunrise. After that, you will have breakfast, and take a hot bath at camp. Later, you will ride the camels or back by 4WD to the starting point and meet our driver.

Travel back to Marrakech through the arid pre-desertic area, where we'll see acacia trees typical of this scenery. On our way to Draa Valley, we'll take a few breaks to see beautiful views of Morocco's longest river.
