We will pick you up from your hotel or riad in the morning. We pass through Ain Lah, Zagotta, the lovely dam Achahad, and the Rif Mountains. We will stop at various locations during our Fes to Volubilis day trip to enjoy the scenery and fresh air and get amazing photos.
Arriving at the renowned Roman city of Volubilis will teach you about Roman History and culture as you tour the Capitoline Temple, Basilica, and Arch of Caracalla ruins. Take advantage of your free time to stroll and take more breathtaking pictures.
We’ll continue our day trip from Fes to Moulay Idriss, the holy Islamic town that will be our next stop. You’ll realize how Moulay Idriss I constructed this settlement. As you roam through the maze of spotless alleyways, take in panoramic views, extended squares, and green-tiled pyramids of Zaouia.
Then, we’ll head to Meknes and have lunch in a local eatery. After that, begin your Meknes tour. View the historic gates and walls that date to the 17th century. Relish the Bab Mansour, Bab Khemis, Bab Berdane, and the Royal Palace. Our day trip from Fes to Volubilis, Meknes, and Moulay Idriss Zerhoun ends as we return to Fes.
